JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the installation of electrical equipment, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of new and existing electrical equipment, for the Traffic, Power and Light division. This position will have an exciting future as Sioux Falls grows, and we continue to add traffic signals and technology.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from high school or GED certification and must be a journeyman electrician certified by the state of South Dakota and the City of Sioux Falls; or any such combination of education, experience, and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority.

Must possess or be able to obtain within 90 days of hire a valid Class B commercial driver’s license (with no restrictions with tanker and air brake endorsements (Water Reclamation).

Possession of valid City and State Electrical Contractor’s Licenses is mandatory for the C42 level position.
