Apprentice Lineworker

Marshall Municipal Utilities (MMU), located in Marshall, Minnesota, is accepting applications for an Apprentice Lineworker. This position includes the construction and maintenance of overhead and underground distribution lines and 15 miles of transmission lines in a progressive community serving approximately 6,500 customers. Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited power line school program, have knowledge of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), have familiarity with the National Electrical Safety Code Book, and be willing to participate in MMU’s Apprenticeship Program. A valid Minnesota Commercial driver’s license will also be required to be hired for this position. Applicants currently enrolled in an Apprenticeship Program for Lineman are encouraged to apply.

Compensation for this position ranges from $86,015 to $107,518, commensurate with experience and qualifications. MMU also offers an excellent benefit package.
