Line Worker – Apprentice position

The Hibbing Public Utilities Commission is accepting applications for a Line Worker – Apprentice position. This position is responsible to install, repair and maintain all power transmission lines, distribution – overheads and undergrounds, transformers and related equipment, substations, and street lighting systems in the areas served by HPU. A required qualification for applicants is graduation from an accredited line school. Starting wage varies based upon experience from $31.80 to $32.89 + a full benefit and time off packages.
