This course will provide leaders with the tools and resources needed to navigate the complex landscape of utility regulations. Learn how to interpret and apply regulations effectively, identify potential compliance risks, and implement best practices for maintaining compliance across all areas of operations.

A virtual link will be sent after registration. Attendee must have a device (computer, tablet, or phone) with Internet access, a webcam, and mic.

The DUEL elective courses are open to anyone:

  • Registered DUEL participants for an elective choice
  • Registered DUEL participants for an add-on elective (additional fee)
  • Members who are not registered for DUEL program
  • Non-members who are not registered for DUEL program
