The Technical & Operations Conference (or "T & O") is a not-to-be-missed event for managers, crew leads, lineworkers and others in the municipal utility industry. The trade show held during the conference is the perfect opportunity to share your products and services with the public power professionals attending the conference.

The T & O trade show and reception will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at the Holiday Inn and Suites in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

New this year: more options for exhibitors

The trade show—as always—is the basic option. Do you want more time with attendees? You can get prime space inside the main meeting room for 1, 2, or even 3 days!

MMUA is offering a limited number of tables to exhibit throughout the three-day conference. Tables will be located in the ballroom allowing you to meet with customers during the breaks.

Hours available include:
Tuesday, December 10—10:00 am to 6:00 pm (setup must be complete by 12:45 pm)
Wednesday, December 11—8:00 am to 7:00 pm * (setup must be complete by 8:15 am)
Thursday, December 12—8:00 am to 12:00 pm (setup must be complete by 8:15 am)

* The trade show will be held in another area of the hotel starting at 5:00 so you will need to move.

Exhibit any time during the hours noted. We ask that you setup before the conference program starts and leave during a break or at the end of the day so our speakers are not disrupted.

Cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee if received by 5:00 pm on November 22, 2024. Refunds issued to a credit card will be subject to a 3% fee. No refunds issued after November 22.
