HR/Risk Coordinator

Due to pending retirement, Watertown Municipal Utilities has a open position for a Human Resources/Risk Coordinator. This full-time position is responsible for planning and directing the human resource activities of the organization, including recruitment, training, safety, processing payroll, wage, benefit and pension administration, insurance programs, labor relations, policy development and interpretation, drug/alcohol and workers compensation program administration and performance management. In addition, this position is responsible for maintaining records for the risk prevention program and filing auto and property damage claims.

Minimum three years HR and payroll processing experience required. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
