Human Resources Director City of Two Harbors

The City of Two Harbors seeks qualified applicants for the position of Human Resources Director. Under the direction of the City Administrator, the Human Resources Director performs a variety of skilled, technical and administrative work in the areas of personnel, labor relations, employee benefits, health and safety and data practices matters.  They are responsible for the daily functions of recruiting, hiring and on-boarding; tracking metrics; drafting and updating HR policies and documents; and implementing HR best practices across the organization.
