Electrical Engineer Hibbing

The Hibbing Public Utilities Commission is accepting applications for an Electrical Engineer position. This position will work to ensure the reliability of Hibbing’s electrical system through oversight and management of engineering design, maintenance and construction of HPU’s generation, distribution, and transmission operations. This position will supervise HPU’s Electrical & Instrumentation Crews, Engineering Techs., and Electrical Line Crew. Required qualifications include an active Professional Engineer (PE) license and 5+ years of experience in electrical power systems, substation design, or related fields. This position will be hired in the salary range of $115K - $130K depending on experience with a full benefits package.
