Superintendent of Street and Utilities Fairfax
The City of Fairfax is currently seeking a full-time Superintendent of Streets and Utilities to oversee and direct the operations of all Public Works operations and personnel, including streets, utilities and parks. In addition, position is responsible for coordinating new and reconstruction projects of all public infrastructure with city staff, consultants and contractors. Minimum qualifications are a MN Class B Driver’s License with endorsements, three years of municipal experience, three years of supervisory experience in public works or related field and the ability to obtain the following certifications: Class C Water License, Class D Wastewater License, Electric Journeyman Certification, natural gas certification. The ideal candidate will also have or be able to obtain a Certified Pool Operator License.
