Starting Salary: $140,173–$175,216, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Energy Services Representatives in achieving program goals and resource planning requirements.
- Conduct research and develop innovative Demand Side Management (DSM) products and services to enhance competitiveness.
- Oversee the implementation and management of energy services programs, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Member utilities to design and deliver energy solutions tailored to their needs.
- Promote and market energy services and products effectively to Member utilities and their customers.
- Monitor program progress and report on performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to energy conservation and optimization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in energy services, Demand Side Management (DSM), or utility operations.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to direct and support teams remotely.
- Expertise in program development, implementation, and performance analysis.
- Excellent research and strategic planning abilities.
- Exceptional communication and marketing skills.
- Knowledge of Minnesota Energy Conservation & Optimization (ECO) Program and energy resource planning is preferred.
- 4-year degree preferred
